All pieces in the Made to Order Collection are handmade to order therefore unfortunately non refundable/ non refundable. Production time is listed in the description of every piece, if you need it quicker drop me an email here.
Refunds and exchanges are accepted only on damaged or faulty items within two weeks of receiving your order.
I offer free repairs on items within the first 6 months of purchase however p&p will be covered by customer and must supply a returns label.
Please note; International customers may be required to pay customs duties and taxes. Your parcel won’t be released by the customs authorities in your country until these fees and duties have been paid. These duties are set by the destination countries and are completely outside my control.
