Refund policy

All pieces in the Made to Order Collection are handmade to order therefore unfortunately non refundable/ non refundable. Production time is listed in the description of every piece, if you need it quicker drop me an email moonlightandmalice@outlook.com

Refunds and exchanges are accepted only on damaged or faulty items within two weeks of receiving your order.

I offer free repairs on items within the first 6 months of purchase however p&p will be covered by customer and must supply a returns label.
